Ruminarilive Arts is Beaumont's only multi-use art space. The studio has 600 square feet of open space and is equipped with a sprung floor. With 24 foot ceilings and two 9 foot tall balconies flanking the space, Ruminarilive Arts is an ideal host for theatre and dance groups. The large windows installed in the front of our space allow for plenty of natural light, giving the studio noteworthy conditions for artists and photographers alike. The studio's maximum capacity is 97 patrons, dependent on event set up. With table and chair rental availabilities and an abundance of lighting and technical equipment, Ruminarilive Arts is the perfect destination to host receptions, galleries, productions and more!

Studio Rental Costs

Room Only

For rehearsal, classes, and non-profit organizations*:

1–4 hours = $45/hr

5–9 hours = $42/hr

10 – 49 hours = $39/hr

50 hours plus = $35/hr plus 10% cleaning fee

For-profit organizations*:

$60/hr

Bookings made outside of regular business hours are

subject to a staffing fee of $20/hr

*Security deposit of $50 is required upon signing

$60/hr = +$35/hr for technician (4 hrs minimum)
